Cancellation / Refund Policy
What is your cancellation policy?
14 day approval (extended to 28 days for any orders in December to allow for the Christmas Period). We have a no quibbles cancellation policy as we want our customer to be 100% satisfied with our services. If, for whatever reason you change your mind about our services, then once it is cancelled within 14 days of receipt, then we will happily refund you the full cost of your purchase. Please email us at email@example.com to cancel your order and request a refund.
How do a cancel a purchase?
You must tell us that you want to cancel the purchase. You can inform us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain the reason why you now longer wish to avail of the services ordered.
How long will it take to process the refund?
We will give you a refund within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation. Where an order has been cancelled before service has been provided, you will receive 100% refund.
